A GUIDED TOUR TO THE QUAINT OLD FISHING VILLAGE OF PRAMPRAM
On this excursion, we will explore the fishing village of Prampram. Strolling through the fishermen’s huts and iconic fish racks, you easily immerse yourself in the atmosphere. Here, you get to taste locally dried and cured fish from smokers. There’s one at the side of virtually every house. You will witness local artisans carve canoes from huge wawa trees. For the fishing folks, a canoe is worth more than a car these days. When the catch comes in, there is amazing, fresh seafood everywhere: squid, barracuda, mackerel and more.
